Assistant Controller

Description We are looking for an Assistant Controller to oversee day-to-day accounting operations for a multi-entity business in Irvine, California. This position serves as a key financial resource to ownership, managing core accounting activities while helping maintain accurate records and dependable reporting. The role is well suited for a hands-on, detail-oriented accounting specialist who is comfortable working independently and collaborating with external partners when needed.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the monthly close process and prepare timely, accurate financial records for review.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and complete bookkeeping activities across the full accounting cycle.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure transactions are recorded correctly for multiple related entities.
