Leadership:
Reporting into the Controller, the Assistant Controller is responsible for managing, leading and developing direct reports (all Finance team members other than Controller).
Capable of performing the tasks of the Controller in their absence.

Business
partnering:
Capable of presenting financial information and perspectives to all levels of the organization, including C-suite and Board of Directors.
Identify business risk and opportunities with cross-functional teams and develop mitigation plans as necessary....
