Bilingual Assistant Community Manager

Rate: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

Requirements

+ Minimum three years of experience on an apartment community.

+ Minimum two years of Assistant Community Manager experience on an apartment community. 

+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.

+ Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Computer skills in Word, Excel, Out...
