Assistant Community Manager

Hourly non-exempt position

***Quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

Requirements

+ At least 2 years of leasing consultant experience in on-site property management.

+ Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.

+ Must be able to work on Saturdays as needed.
