Responsibilities

Provide safety and care to all children according to the Policies and Procedures of the hospital and Department of Social Welfare Malaysia.

• Ensure compliance to the Vision and Mission statements, goals, objectives and values of the Company.
• Ensure compliance to the rules and regulations set by Department of Social Welfare Malaysia including maintaining the required documents and practices.
• Inform Committee Members when changes occur in circumstances which affect standards of care.
• Attend meetings held by the Committee Members in order to discuss issues and matters pertaining to the operation of the service.
• Contribute to and assist in the development and/or evaluation of the services.
• Communicate with parents as delegated by the supervisor when necessary (to update child progress or need special attention).
