Metlifecare's The Avenues in Tauranga is seeking an Assistant Care Manager to support the Nurse Manager, lead the clinical team and maintain high standards of resident care. This full-time, permanent role is based in Tauranga with a Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm schedule and occasional on-call duties. 
You will develop care plans, build strong relationships with residents and families, and ensure compliance and quality auditing.
