Assistant Buyer

We're looking for an Assistant Buyer to join our Monsoon Childrenswear Buying team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the development of a balanced and commercial product range for Monsoon. You'll contribute across the full buying cycle, from trend research and range development through to order management and performance analysis, working closely with both internal teams and external suppliers. What will you do as Assistant Buyer?

• Work closely with your Buyer to help deliver a balanced, profitable and commercial product range
• Support the review of previous season performance, identifying key learnings to inform future ranges
• Analyse sales data and present commercially sound recommendations to the Buyer
• Maintain a strong understanding of current and emerging fashion trends through market research and comparative shopping
• Contribute to the development and building of product ranges that align with the brand's visual id...
