ASSISTANT BUILDING CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER

Roles & Responsibilities Provide support during emergency outages and ensure efficient workflow across all project processes. Prepare shop drawings and follow up on comments, revisions, and approvals. Utilize AutoCAD for drafting and drawing preparation (preferred). Attend project safety meetings and site coordination meetings. Schedule and coordinate site access arrangements for material deliveries with the main contractor. Monitor and track material delivery schedules to ensure timely project execution. Monitor daily site work progress and provide regular updates and feedback. Implement variation works based on revised drawings and instructions received from consultants or contractors. Conduct follow-up site testing and inspections as required. Carry out project commissioning activities in accordance with the main contractor's timeline and requirements. Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.
