As an Assistant Breeder in Malaysia, you’ll play a key role in bringing our breeding efforts to life through high-quality crop selection. You’ll work in a dynamic environment where precision, collaboration, and impact come together.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate support in all steps of the breeding process to make the right selection decisions.
• Secure implementation and oversee execution of routine processes: sowing, planting, pollinating, harvesting and disease testing.
• Ensure proper execution of crossing programs, functionally leading crop workers and monitoring the process while ensuring that the instructions of the Assistant Breeder are followed.
