- Strategize, develop and monitor brand strategies for assigned brands under supervision of manager — including defining brand purpose, USP, and communication pillars, in collaboration with creative team for execution).
- Handle brand planning process, including objective setting, marketing roadmap, budget allocation, execution monitoring, through close cross-functional teams (commercial, product, creative, digital) to ensure brand strategy is well-aligned and executed effectively.
- Continuously analyze brand performance, market data, and campaign results to identify insights and optimization opportunities.
- Develop and execute market and competitor research, conclude insights, and translate findings into data-backed actionable marketing direction.
