Assistant Branch Merchandiser

Established in 1994, The Fragrance Shop is the UK’s leading independent fragrance retailer. Our aim is to make mainstream and luxury fragrances affordable and accessible to all. We showcase more than 130 fragrance brands in over 220 stores throughout the UK and online. We are expanding and are looking for a Buying Assistant to join the team and be part of a growing and vibrant brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Allocations to stores, ensuring effective and appropriate allocation of SKU’s to the correct distribution to maximise sales and availability.
• Providing key support to the merchandising team through purchase order management, store allocations management and analysis of data.
• Work with Branch Merchandiser on micro merchandising initiatives
• Ensure that stock is allocated on time and highlight and issues.
• Support the set up and maintenance of product information.
