This Assistant Branch Manager role supports the day‑to‑day performance of the Coates Murrin Murrin branch. Working onsite on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth, you’ll partner with the Branch Manager to drive safe operations, strong customer service and commercial results.
What you’ll do
Support the daily operation of the Murrin Murrin branch on an 8/6 FIFO roste

Deliver and role‑model exceptional customer service on site

Drive branch performance across revenue, hire rates, fleet utilisation and customer loyalty

Support safe and efficient branch operations, reinforcing a strong Zero Harm culture
