Role Summary
To support the Branch Manager in overseeing all outlet operations within a high-volume automotive parts environment. Strong automotive parts experience is crucial , as the role requires sound product knowledge, technical understanding, and the ability to manage stock, sales, and team performance effectively.The 2IC must be capable of running the branch independently in the Branch Managerâs absence, ensuring operational efficiency, stock accuracy, financial performance, and exceptional customer service.
