About the Role

Our client is a QLD government organisation based in Logan Central QLD. They are currently seeking an Assistant Asset Accountant to come in and work with them on a temp contract opportunity until 16th October 2026.

Candidates for this role will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce or Similar

• Proven knowledge and experience in Asset or Management Accounting

• Technology One system experience (Desirable)

Key responsibilities include:

• Financial Reporting & Data Integrity: Deliver accurate monthly and annual financial reports by processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and investigating variances to ensure data reliability.
