Assistant Architect - Johor Bahru

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Architect, based in Johor Bahru. The Assistant Architect will collaborate with the design and engineering teams to create architectural designs, develop project plans, and integrate various elements of construction projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting designs, assisting in project documentation, and ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. The role also requires coordination with stakeholders to ensure alignment with client needs and project objectives.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare drawings related to KM, landscape, and architecture.
• Develop layout proposals, drawings, and 3D renderings.
• Prepare technical reports, design calculations, specifications, and bills of quantities.
• Attend consultant meetings, site meetings, and site inspections.
• Liaise with government agencies for submission approvals.
