Assistant Architect

Black & Grey HR is seeking an Assistant Architect for a leading construction company specialized in high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and coordinating BIM models, preparing architectural and structural shop drawings, ensuring model accuracy, and supporting project execution through effective coordination with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain BIM/Revit models for architectural and structural disciplines in accordance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project standards. - Produce Revit models from IFC and tender documents while coordinating with Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines. - Prepare and update architectural and structural shop drawings, including General Arrangement (GA), slabs, beams, columns, walls, block work, false ceiling, flooring, and wall finish drawings. - Extract CAD drawings, PDFs, DWFs, and IFC files from BIM models as required. - Update BIM models and shop drawings bas...
