What You Actually Do

You are the operational engine behind the Accounting Manager.

You make sure money is tracked, protected, allocated correctly, and reported on time. No excuses.

1. Own Revenue & Cash Accuracy

2. Review and post daily bank transactions — no backlog.

3. Run full bank & credit card reconciliations.
4. Manage accounts payable end-to-end (invoices → approvals → payments).

5. Catch discrepancies before they become problems.
