Are you an energetic Assistant Accountant looking for a role with more autonomy, variety, and progression opportunities within a growing business? Based in a modern North Sydney office (just a short walk from the station), we are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented finance professional to manage the end-to-end accounting functions for up to 5 key business entities.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Financial Manager, you will take full ownership of your assigned entities, managing:

• End-to-End AP & AR: Overseeing invoice processing, payment runs, billing, and basic collections for your specific entities.

• General Ledger & Month-End: Preparing journals, accruals, prepayments, and maintaining accurate general ledgers.

• Bank Reconciliations: Conducting multi-currency and multi-account daily bank and credit card reconciliations.
