POSITION SUMMARY: Support Day-to-day accounting activities Support Accounts Receivable and Payable local activities Generate financial or accounting reports from system Analyze the transactions with a deeply detail in the most important lines in P&L RESPONSIBILITIES: Accounting & Finance Download financial Actuals, forecasts and budgets reports Generate invoices and Electronic payment receipts for clients inside side business (Coppel, Liverpool, etc.) Deeply Track accounts receivable and deductions for each customer in side business Establish regular financial results of HK and China; ensure they are analyzed, commented and reported according to the corporate and local requirements Create invoices in Ariba and help internal users with AP reports Tracking travel expenses: LATAM expenses to be reclassified to Headquarter entity Local NSO expenses to be booked properly at month end Reconcile rent payments doubts Update stores database (contracts, rents, sq mts, etc.) Support monthly activ...
