Assistant Accountant

Location: Hessle, East Yorkshire
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

About the Role

Cranswick Farms Division are based predominantly in East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, breeding and rearing pigs to Red Tractor and RSPCA standards.

An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Accountant to join the team. This position will support the Finance function and play a key role in ensuring the efficient running of financial operations across a range of business areas. We are looking for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys working with financial data, improving processes, and supporting business performance through accurate reporting and analysis.

Key Responsabilities

• Support the preparation of monthly management accounts in line with Group Finance deadlines.
• Prepare general ledger journals, profit and loss reviews, variance analysis, stock management reports...
