Assistant Accountant

Boucher Road, Charles Hurst, Belfast, Antrim, United Kingdom. Full‑time 6 month FTC. Salary up to £32,000 per annum (DOE). Hours: Monday‑Friday 08:45‑17:00.

About the role

Kick‑start your accounting career with one of the UK’s leading automotive retailers. You will work closely with our accounting department, supporting the Head Office Accounts team.

Key responsibilities

• Support financial reconciliations, including bank and supplier accounts.
• Process invoices, payments and credit notes accurately and on time.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end reporting.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries and ensure accurate financial records.
• Assist with payroll and other ad‑hoc accounting tasks as required.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company procedures.
