Assistant Accountant

We are currently recruiting a temporary to permanent Assistant Accountant for a leading commercial organisation. You will report to the Financial Controller.

Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions.
• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
• Conduct regular financial analysis and generate reports for management, highlighting key financial indicators and trends.
