Assisant Guesthouse Manager

REQUIREMENT

• RSA ID and legal residence essential
• Must be available immediately
• Previous experience in a guesthouse, lodge, hotel, or hospitality management role essential
• Strong guest relations and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good administration and organisational skills
• Computer literacy essential
• Experience with reservations and booking systems advantageous
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Professional presentation and guest-focused approach
• Valid Driver's License advantageous
• Ability to work well under pressure in a hospitality environment
