We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join a dynamic team overseeing a significant government-owned office accommodation portfolio. This is a temporary role six month role (potential extension) offering hands-on experience in asset management, project oversight, and strategic property planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide asset management expertise, advice, and training to internal and external stakeholders across the Queensland Government's office accommodation portfolio.
• Offer specialist input and project management guidance to scope, develop, and deliver both major and minor works projects.
• Manage revenue and expenditure, contribute to budget planning and ensure maximum investment return for the allocated portfolio.
