Overview

Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit an Asset Management & Resident Liaison Officer for a contract until 12th December 2025 on a rate between £19.33-£21.48 /hour (PAYE).

Base pay range: £19.33-£21.48 /hour (PAYE)

Responsibilities

• To support in developing and monitoring designated projects/works and ensuring programmes of work are realised in accordance with agreed timescales.
• To be the central point of contact in relation to projects/works programmes and to ensure that enquiries are dealt with professionally and efficiently either by the post-holder directly or by others.
• The post-holder will have specialist skills, including project management and customer engagement expertise, to undertake this work directly themselves and on some challenging projects; the post holder will enable, support and guide others to undertake it, working closely with other...
