Asset Management Associate

Overview

Marcon is seeking an Asset Management Associate to support the performance and value creation of a diverse portfolio of income-producing real estate assets across retail, mixed-use, industrial, rental residential, hospitality, and seniors housing. Reporting to the Senior Asset Manager, this role provides analytical, financial, and operational support to help optimize asset performance, execute business plans, and support strategic decision-making.

The Asset Management Associate plays an important role in evaluating portfolio performance, preparing financial analyses, supporting leasing and capital planning initiatives, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. This position offers exposure to multiple asset classes and provides the opportunity to contribute to investment performance across a growing real estate portfolio.
