• 
  Support day-to-day PC lifecycle hub operations, including ITAD (IT asset disposition) requests, early PC refresh requests, missing-device investigations, Apple ACE requests, and custom device requests
• .Manage related ITSM (IT service management) tickets, shared inbox requests, and PC Lifecycle Hub-related intake workflows
• .Track inventory across physical and offsite locations, including office hubs and VAR (value added reseller) partners
• .Maintain operational data and systems, including database management , meta-data dictionaries, and related PC hardware records
• .Drive data consistency, cleanup, and standardization across operational datasets
