Asset Management Analyst

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – (KEY ACTIVITIES)**

+ Maintain and update an Asset Register for all commercial-use instruments (purchased and rental).
+ Track movement and status of instruments from warehouse to customer and back to the designated return location.
+ Monitor return rates for TSO and non-TSO instruments and escalate discrepancies.
+ Coordinate with multiple teams (TSO, Commercial Services, Accounting, Warehouse) to ensure proper documentation and timely return of assets.
+ Ensure compliance with traceability and FSN requirements, including accurate documentation at each step of the asset path.
+ Support financial accuracy by ensuring asset records align with accounting and operational data.
+ Identify issues in the instrument lifecycle and propose process improvements.
+ Provide weekly reporting on asset movement, outstanding returns, and risk items.
