Asset Data Supervisor

FM Conway is currently looking to recruit a Plant Supervisor to join our Aggregate and Asphalt (A&A) division. Based from our Erith Asphalt plant, the successful candidate will be responsible for performing a multi-skilled role that will include operating the asphalt plant, mobile plant, and weighbridge functions, alongside co-ordinating the shift and supervising the site.The duties of the Plant Supervisor role will include:- Supervising and motivating the operational team to achieve excellence and continual improvement both in terms of quality and efficiency- Managing stock levels of fuel, constituent and raw materials- Ensuring mixing plans are carried out in an effective and cost-effective manner- Reporting critical issues in a timely and accurate manner- Generating task specific risk assessments and safe working practices- Controlling and supervising contractors in accordance with the company's health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and practices- Carrying out all we...
