Asset & Compliance Manager

Equans is looking for an Asset & Compliance Manager to join our team in Blackburn on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.

The Compliance and Asset Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with all statutory, regulatory and contract obligations, life cycle survey management (including condition surveying of identified assets), ensuring asset data integrity and record keeping and working with internal and external auditors to provide assurance of Equans technical standards.

Developing and implementing technical contractual performance indicators (KPIs) compliance and a database to record all statutory, regulatory and contract maintenance visits, reviewing inspection reports to identify corrective actions and liaising with the TSMs and Head of Technical to ensure prompt completion and record keeping.
