Job Description

What you’ll do:
Facilitate induction, technical, systems and process training for new and existing Motor Vehicle Assessors (virtual, on site, and blended)

Deliver approved upskill and refresher training programs aligned to Assessing and Motor Claims standards

Deliver external repairer/partner training enablement solutions as approved by the National Assessing Capability Lead

Conduct competence assessments aligned to the Certificate IV in Vehicle Loss Assessing and internal assessment tools

Provide feedback and recommendations to the National Assessing Capability Lead regarding improvements to learning solutions.
What you’ll bring:
Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment – Required (or a commitment to obtain the qualification within 12 months)

Technical proficiency in assessing systems and tools (e.g., ClaimCenter, Solera AudaNet/AudaWatch)
