Job Description

The role

facilitates learning, assesses competence against the Certificate IV in Vehicle Loss Assessing and internal standards, and provides insights to strengthen the design and continuous improvement of assessor learning under the governance and approval of the National Assessing Capability Lead.

What you’ll do:

  • Facilitate induction, technical, systems and process training for new and existing Motor Vehicle Assessors (virtual, on site, and blended)

  • Deliver approved upskill and refresher training programs aligned to Assessing and Motor Claims standards

  • Deliver external repairer/partner training enablement solutions as approved by the National Assessing Capability Lead

  • Conduct competence assessments aligned to the Certificate IV in Vehicle Loss Assessing and internal assessment tools
