Assertive Outreach Officer

Ashfield District Council have an exciting opportunity for an Assertive Outreach Officer to join the team based in Kirkby-In-Ashfield . You will join us on a full time, permanent basis (37 hours per week) and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £28,598 - £31,022 per annum (pay award pending) .

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Housing Options Team as an Assertive Outreach Officer, working proactively with households who are homeless or facing urgent housing need.

The role focuses on identifying support needs, tackling barriers to housing, and helping individuals and families successfully move on into settled accommodation.
