+ Complete finishing work (sanding, masking, marking, measuring)
+ Operate molding machines to produce small parts
+ Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy
+ Follow procedures, tolerances, and work instructions
+ Use hand and light power tools safely
+ Maintain clean and organized work area
+ Support overall production needs

**Requirements**

+ Some assembly line or manufacturing experience
+ Ability to read basic blueprints, instructions, and experience in hand/power-tools
