What You’ll Do:
As the Work Cell Lead, you’ll be the go-to person for your zone. Your mission is to keep the lines running efficiently, the team informed, and the environment safe. You’ll:
Set your zone up for success every shift by ensuring all materials and supplies are prepped and stocked.
Make sure every team member knows their duties, follows safety rules, and has the PPE they need.
Train new hires and provide ongoing support to existing team members.
