Assembly Technician

A growing **aerospace manufacturing company in the Enfield area** is seeking a **Composite Layup Technician** to support the fabrication of advanced composite aircraft components. This role involves working with carbon fiber, fiberglass, and other composite materials in a controlled production environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with composite materials, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions while maintaining high quality standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform **hand layup of composite materials** including carbon fiber and fiberglass on precision molds and tooling
+ Apply composite materials in multiple layers, ensuring smooth placement free of wrinkles, air pockets, or voids
+ Prepare molds and tooling prior to layup operations
