**Job Description**

This role focuses on assembling custom wood boxes according to detailed customer specifications using a variety of hand and power tools. You will work in a clean, fast-paced shop environment where you read measurements, operate tools safely, and follow written and verbal instructions to ensure accurate and timely production.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble wood boxes according to customer-prescribed specifications and quality standards.
+ Read and interpret measurements accurately using a tape measure to ensure correct dimensions.
+ Operate hand tools and power tools, including pneumatic nail guns, in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Use tools such as band cutters, banders, and tape measures to prepare and assemble materials.
+ Lift and move materials weighing up to approximately 40 pounds as part of daily tasks.
