Assembly Technician B Shift

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. This role is responsible for assembling components, reading blueprints, and ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process.

**Schedule:** Monday – Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM

**Pay Rate:** $20 – $22 per hour + 10% shift differential

**Employment Type:** Temp to Hire

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Assemble materials, units, and subassemblies using appropriate tools and equipment
+ Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, and work orders
+ Clean parts thoroughly prior to and during assembly
+ Review work activities and progress with supervisor
+ Tag components, subassemblies, and completed units as required
+ Identify and correct defects as directed by supervisor
+ Inspect products to ensure conformance to specifications
