**Job Description**
This role focuses on assembling and fabricating advanced composite components using materials such as carbon fiber, Kevlar, and complex adhesive systems. You will support the production of spacecraft and military hardware, working with a high level of discipline, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. The position requires broad experience in aerospace composite assembly and a willingness to perform a wide range of fabrication tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble aircraft components and subassemblies in accordance with manufacturing plans, engineering drawings, specifications, and written instructions.
+ Attach mechanical fasteners and other hardware onto components or subassemblies using rivets, screws, adhesives, and other fastening systems.
+ Prepare surfaces for bonding by performing light sanding and other surface preparation activities as required.
