+ Follow build sheets, drawings, and work instructions to assemble products accurately
+ Measure parts using calipers, gauges, and other precision tools
+ Use hand and foot-powered tools to cut, trim, crimp, and assemble components
+ Perform solder dip processes when needed
+ Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality and customer specifications
+ Use microscopes to assemble and inspect very small components
+ Review work orders, bills of materials, and drawings to complete jobs correctly
