The Role: Assembly Team Leader

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assembly Team Leader to oversee the day‑to‑day activities of our Assembly &; Test Technicians. You will ensure that build and test work is delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands‑on leadership role combining people management, operational planning, process ownership and cross‑functional collaboration.
