Your mission, roles and responsibilities
In his/her field of expertise, and through either plant, program or generic processes, the Assembly Process Specialist will:
Analyze and optimize assembly lines to maximize efficiency and reduce waste
• Perform and maintain line balancing studies
• Develop and implement ergonomic improvements
• Design or adapt customized tools and devices for operator support
• Define and validate process parameters for:
Fastening
Riveting
Cup forming
Functional testing
• Support welding processes (MAG/Laser) in analysis and impacts on Assembly process
• Work closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams
• Lead process improvements to increase Direct Labor Effi...
