**Job Overview**

**Operator IV Trainers** are subject matter experts (SMEs) responsible for leading training, certification, and advanced skill development. They drive consistency across teams and serve as a key link between production, quality, and engineering.

**Shift:** Weekend: Fri-Sun, 7AM-7:30PM (22% Shift differential)
