**Role Summary:**

Kelly Services is seeking a Temporary **Assembly Operator III** to join our team. This role focuses on the assembly, termination, and testing of fiber optic cable assemblies in a clean room environment. The position supports the entire manufacturing process, from prototypes to production, and involves problem-solving, teamwork, and commitment to safety and quality standards.

**Shift:** Weekend, Friday–Sunday, 7AM–7PM **Pay Rate:** $26.84/hr ($22/hr base, plus shift differential)

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Polish and test fiber optic cables.
+ Assemble and package fiber optic connector components.
+ Terminate single and multi-fiber cables.
+ Operate fiber router and complete over-molding processes as needed.
