Duties include all steps from automated and manual processes of incoming parts through sub-assembly of intermediate components to final assembly of finished sensor modules. Major Tasks of Position: Assembly of sensor modules includes wafer singulation, visual defect inspection, and module assembly utilizing both manual and automated processes.
