**Job Title:** Assembly Operator I
**Location:** Fairview, NC
**Schedule:** 3rd Shift: 10:00pm – 6:30am
**Pay Rate:** $19.37/hour

**Position Summary:**
The Assembly Operator I is responsible for assembling components and ensuring the consistent production of high-quality products. The role requires keen attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to follow structured work instructions and safety procedures.

**Key Responsibilities:**


+ Assemble electrical/mechanical components using microscopes, small hand tools, and fixtures.
+ Inspect work-in-progress using established quality standards and detailed work instructions.
+ Utilize calipers, gauges, and other measuring devices for component verification.
+ Perform pull tests and troubleshoot minor issues with equipment as necessary.
+ Complete operational paperwork to maintain product traceability.
