Assembly Operative I

**MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB**

This is an Individual Contributor role with expectations aligned to the Capabilities and Behaviours as set out in the Abbott Dundee Employee Handbook for an Individual Contributor.

Within the Assembly Packing Environment, the Assembly Operator is responsible for safely ensuring the on-time delivery of finished/assembled (packed) product which conforms to current best practices and Quality standards and is aligned to the expectations set by the Operations Master Schedule.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**

+ Conducts all activities in accordance with the Abbott Dundee Environmental, Health and Safety culture and policies.
+ Takes full accountability for personal workload; ensuring work is completed on-time, to a high standard, in accordance with site policies and procedures.
