Assembly Operative

We are currently recruiting for a Assembly Operative to join a well‑established and innovative company based in Horsham.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a clean, modern production environment, working on the assembly of specialist instrumentation and products.

Daily Duties

• Assembling electrical and mechanical sub‑assemblies into finished products
• Carrying out manual soldering
• Preparing and applying adhesives, seals and membranes to plastic components
• Filling low‑volume specialised liquids into vials and containers
• Operating a range of assembly equipment and tools
• Using digital jigs and fixtures to test components and finished products
• Packaging and labelling finished goods
• Supporting the wider production team with ad‑hoc tasks
