Production Operative – Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company in the Harlow area . This is an excellent opportunity to work in a clean, modern, and organised environment , with strong potential for a permanent role after 12 weeks .

The Role

You will be working across assembly stations and production lines , supporting the build of high-quality components.

• Operating semi-automated machinery and equipment
• Assembling products using small components and hand tools
• Following step-by-step processes and digital instructions
• Conducting quality checks throughout production
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
