Assembly Leader

The Role

You’ll be leading a team of around 15 in the assembly space — keeping things running smoothly, hitting targets, and making sure quality stays high. This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be right there with the team — problem‑solving, guiding, and getting stuck in when needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading, guiding and supporting the team day‑to‑day
• Keeping production on track — safety, quality, output
• Getting hands‑on with assembly when needed
• Reading and working from drawings and building instructions
• Helping install and position components (mechanical + electrical)
• Troubleshooting issues and keeping things moving
